How Native Cards work.
Three weekly packages. Your regular Urban Chat login. No extra advertiser account. Anything missing: ads@urbanchat.net.
What can I buy?
Basic ($24.99 / week), Premium ($49.99 / week), or Ultra ($79.99 / week). You buy a package, not a single page. Bigger packages put your card on more pages and show it more often. You share the space with other advertisers.
Where does my card show?
It sits in the page like a regular Urban Chat card, always labeled Sponsored. Basic: bottom of Home and The Wire. Premium also shows in the middle of The Wire, plus The Porch and Live. Ultra adds the guest signup page, Chat, Browse, and Games.
Do Pro members see ads?
No. If someone has Pro, they don’t see ads. On the signup page, if there isn’t an Ultra advertiser, we show a RoomStamp house card instead — not another business.
How do I sign in and see how it’s doing?
Use the same Urban Chat username and password you already have. Open Choose a package, sign in if you need to, and scroll to My ads for views, taps, and what you spent.
How do I pause or stop a package?
On My ads, Pause hides a live package until you hit Resume. Delete takes the whole package down for good. Pause does not refund the week — it only stops the card from showing.
What pictures do you accept?
JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF. Max 2MB. Wide photos look best. You also add a website link, an optional short line under the photo (280 characters), and button text (40 characters).
When does my card go live?
Right after you pay. There’s no wait for us to approve it. Status goes from Pending to Active and the card starts showing on that package’s pages.
How do I contact advertising?
Email ads@urbanchat.net. Include your Urban Chat username so we can find your ads.
